Johto Heathens or Johto Heretics it’s a faction born by the death of Prince Omelette, an event which started LazorGator war against all the Gods.
Even outside the lore, some fans of TPP still follow this faction.

Johto Heathens praise no god, legends or any other authority figure that put themselves above people.
For them, all trainers and Pokémon are in the same level, and deserve the same respect, regardless of status and power.
